- Caron Merrill, the Director of Customer Insights at CVS Health. An executive-level researcher who has had leadership roles as both a client-side and agency-side researcher, Caron shared her predictions for market research in 2021.
- JC Punzalan is the Executive Director at AplusA Research. In addition to just being an all-around market research pro, JC has deep expertise in social and health research—and he shared his expectations for how our work as researchers will change in 2021.
- Michelle LeGros is an Insights Executive who has built and led insights functions for Fortune 100 companies. She has also mentored countless market research and marketing professionals; she shared her observations on how things are changing in research, including some of her recent experiences doing online qualitative research with senior citizens.
