If you are a quantitative researcher, the Insights Association (formed through the merger of CASRO and MRA) has identified several areas in which you need to be proficient in order to gain the Certificate in Quantitative Research Principles:

- Conjoint Analysis
If you are a quantitative researcher, hope to get into quant research during your career, or will be working with quantitative data analysts, being able to navigate SPSS is one of those essential research skills.
Don’t put off learning SPSS any longer, sign up for our Introduction to SPSS course! Kicking off on March 16th, Introduction to SPSS is a 4-week Power Program designed to get you up to speed quickly and thoroughly.
On day one, you will get comfortable with the SPSS interface and learn how to import and export data as part of an “absolute beginner’s introduction”. In the second class you will learn how to prepare data and perform basic analyses such as t-tests and ANOVA.
In the third class you move into navigating crosstabs, running chi-squared tests and formatting tables. By the fourth class you’re rockin’ and rolling with SPSS and creating visualizations and reviewing what you’ve learned.
This class includes in-class exercises and homework assignments and you should be prepared to spend about an hour per week on homework.
NOTE: This class does not include an SPSS license; all students must have their own SPSS license in order to fully participate. All in class exercises require SPSS.
